Men will be clean shaven and hair kept at moderate length. Men will be properly attired and in untorn clothing. Workshoes or sneakers should have white or beige heels and soles. No smoking, drinking or foul language on the job. Only workers employed by SANITAN are allowed on the job. Absence should be reported immediately to the office by 10:00 A.M. Accidents should be reported immediately to the office. All sub-contractors are covered by worker's compensation. Dropcloths will be used whenever protection is warranted. All material should be left inside the vehicle except what you are using at the moment. Material should be returned to the vehicle immediately after use. All work should be done thoroughly with NO SHORTCUTS. Work should be consistent and up to or better than manufacturer's specifications. All work should be double checked. Specialized work will only be done by skilled men. Ladder placement must be safe and checked by another before use. A minimum of two people should be present during all dangerous work. Exterior work should only be done during acceptable weather conditions. Tools and equipment should be cleaned and returned to their proper place after use. Tools belonging to another employee should not be used without his permission. Only the best material available should be used. All areas should be cleaned at the end of the job or the work day. Debris should be removed from the job site and disposed of before returning to the shop. Always be courteous to, and considerate of, our customers. Always refer customer questions, comments, or requests to the office. Only the crew chief should talk with the customer. The customer's bathroom should not be used. Anything belonging to the customer, except outlets and outside water, should not be used. Do not lay anything down on the customer's furniture. Work shall be limited to written work orders only, except where you call in, the customer has verified the changes or additions, and authorization is given from the office. The job is finished when our customer is satisfied.
